Pilates is a whole body conditioning that includes tone, flexibility, strength, alignment, and freedom of movement for the body.  I offer Private Pilates Sessions with the Reformer and on the Mat in my Central New Jersey Studio. Although the workout can be challenging, I always  gear the exercises to your level of readiness, and can modify all of the exercises for more fun,  slowly building  a stronger and more beautiful body. My services include Pilates for beginners as well as intermediate level students. Private sessions are offered as an elite service to the discriminating student who wants to have the session tailored particularly for her.  There are no group classes where you get overlooked or injured, so you can really excell as my VIP client.  If you do not do well in large group classes, this is the environment for you.  If you want a qualified personal trainer with more than 20 years of experience to work with you on all of the levels with a specific theraputic focus on efficient movement , this place is for you. If you've ever had the experience of feeling lost or intimidated in a large Pilates Excercise Class, I think you will find my  private setting more  enjoyable and the best use of your time. I have been teaching the Pilates Mat work for more than ten years in fitness centers in Central/Northern NJ. I have recently "Up-Leveled" my business by training on the extraordinary Pilates Reformer, and have created a private setting in Milltown NJ, where students can confidently go at their own pace in safety and FUN. I particularly love working with people over 40 who are wishing to get back in shape and take their fitness to the next level. My Pilates Mat Certification is through Kelly Kane/Core Integration in NYC, and the Reformer Certification is through PHI Pilates; I take continuing education classes at Power Pilates in NYC.
